Astronomers juggle target lists, visibility windows and telescope scheduling largely by hand. TOM centralises all of it — a Django + PostgreSQL system with a Next.js front end, deployed with Docker and Nginx, running in production for NCU astronomers. The full deployment is documented in the write-up.
A CV tells you what someone claims; a personal site shows you how they build. This is that site — a trilingual (zh/en/jp) Next.js notebook behind a title-card front door, with a paragraph-level side-by-side translation system, a live GLSL/3D gallery, and a chat assistant on the Gemini API that is given the CV, a summary of every post and the text of up to two posts matched to each question by keyword, with automatic fallback to a second model. The outcome is the thing you are reading right now.
Fans timestamp every song a VTuber sings in YouTube comments — gold, but buried in comment threads. Utano Track scrapes those timestamps into a clickable index that jumps straight to each performance. Live at utanotrack.fans.

Choosing a grad school from a wall of ranking tables is miserable. Folium plots the QS top-100 physics & astronomy institutes on one interactive world map, so you can scan the field geographically instead. Python + Folium.
